Amalguez Industrial Park

Amalguez Industrial Park is a proposed seven-lot commercial and industrial subdivision in Aranguez, San Juan. Businesses can secure and purchase their own parcel of land, then design and construct a purpose-built warehouse, workshop, office, showroom or distribution facility, subject to the necessary approvals. Six lots of approximately 0.50 acres and one larger 1.19-acre lot provide options for businesses of different sizes. The site is positioned near the Churchill–Roosevelt Highway, the Aranguez Overpass and an established network of commercial and industrial businesses — directly behind Peake Technologies, near Xtra Foods, Starbucks and Aventa.
